- Multi-domain support
3. User Responsibilities

- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes

You may NOT use PPMail to:

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- All emails will be delivered successfully
- The spam filter will catch all unwanted emails
- Your data will never be lost or corrupted
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PPMAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Damages arising from third-party content or actions
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Data and Backups
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATA. While we take reasonable precautions, we do not guarantee against data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important emails.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
- Update these Terms at any time
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PPMail.
