Getting Started

How do I create an account? +

Creating an account is easy:

  1. Go to our signup page
  2. Enter your desired email address using one of our supported domains
  3. Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Click "Create Account"

Your account will be active immediately, and you can start sending and receiving emails right away.

What domains are available? +

We currently support 64+ domains. Visit our homepage to see the full list of available domains. If you need email hosting for your own custom domain, please contact us.

Can I use my own domain? +

Yes! We support custom domains. To add your domain:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Update your DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM)
  3. We'll verify and activate your domain

Custom domain setup is available on our business plans.

What are the IMAP/SMTP settings? +

Incoming Mail (IMAP)

  • Server: mail.ppmail.us
  • Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
  • Security: SSL/TLS
  • Username: Your full email address

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

  • Server: mail.ppmail.us
  • Port: 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL)
  • Security: STARTTLS or SSL/TLS
  • Username: Your full email address
  • Authentication: Required

POP3 (Alternative)

  • Server: mail.ppmail.us
  • Port: 995 (SSL/TLS)
  • Security: SSL/TLS
How do I set up email on my iPhone? +
  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
  2. Select Other > Add Mail Account
  3. Enter your name, email, password, and description
  4. Select IMAP
  5. Enter the incoming/outgoing server settings (mail.ppmail.us)
  6. Tap Save
How do I set up email in Outlook? +
  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account
  2. Select Manual setup or additional server types
  3. Choose IMAP
  4. Enter your account information:
    • Incoming server: mail.ppmail.us (port 993, SSL)
    • Outgoing server: mail.ppmail.us (port 587, STARTTLS)
  5. Click More Settings and enable authentication for outgoing server
  6. Click Next to complete setup
How do I access webmail? +

You can access webmail in two ways:

  • Main webmail: https://mail.ppmail.us
  • Domain-specific: https://[yourdomain].ppmail.us (e.g., kwickmenu.ppmail.us)

Simply enter your full email address and password to log in.

Account & Billing

How do I reset my password? +

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the webmail login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your recovery email for reset instructions

If you don't have a recovery email set up, please contact support.

How do I delete my account? +

To delete your account, please contact our support team. Note that:

  • All emails will be permanently deleted
  • Your email address will become available again after 30 days
  • This action cannot be undone
What payment methods do you accept? +

For premium plans, we accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)

Troubleshooting

I can't log in to my account +

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Make sure you're using your full email address (including @domain)
  • Check that Caps Lock is not on
  • Try resetting your password
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser

If problems persist, contact support with your email address.

My emails are going to spam +

If your sent emails are landing in recipients' spam folders:

  • Make sure your domain has proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
  • Avoid spam trigger words in subject lines
  • Don't send to large lists without proper opt-in
  • Maintain a good sender reputation

We automatically sign all outgoing emails with DKIM, which improves deliverability.

I'm not receiving emails +

If you're not receiving emails:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify your storage quota isn't full
  • Ask the sender to check their sent folder for errors
  • Make sure your domain's MX records are correct
