- Go to File > Add Account
- Enter your PPMail email address
- Select Advanced options > Let me set up my account manually
- Choose IMAP
- Enter incoming server:
mail.ppmail.us, port 993, SSL
- Enter outgoing server:
mail.ppmail.us, port 587, STARTTLS
- Enter your full email as username and your password
- Click Connect

- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
- Select Other
- Choose Add Mail Account
- Enter your name, email, password, and description
- Select IMAP
- Incoming:
mail.ppmail.us
- Outgoing:
mail.ppmail.us
- Tap Next and Save
iOS will auto-detect ports. If prompted, use port 993 for IMAP and 587 for SMTP.

- Select Personal (IMAP)
- Enter your password
- Incoming:

mail.ppmail.us, port 587, STARTTLS
- Complete setup

- Go to Account Settings > Account Actions > Add Mail Account
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Click Configure manually

- Outgoing: SMTP,
mail.ppmail.us, 587, STARTTLS
- Username: Your full email address
- Click Re-test then Done
Thunderbird may auto-detect settings. Verify they match our server info above.
